All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to unavailable products, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or addresses outside our delivery area. Orders are accepted once preparation begins.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices, delivery charges and fees may change without notice.
4. Promotions & Discounts
Offers cannot normally be combined unless stated, have no cash value, may exclude drinks, desserts, platters or selected items, are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Urban Maki reserves the right to cancel promotions where misuse is suspected.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, demand or circumstances beyond our control. Minimum order values and delivery charges may apply.
6. Collection
Customers should collect promptly. Urban Maki is not responsible for deterioration in quality after collection.
7. Allergies
Please advise us of any allergies before ordering. Although care is taken, food is prepared in kitchens handling allergens and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed absent.
8. Food Quality
Food should be consumed promptly. Customers are responsible for reheating safely where applicable.

Images are for illustration only. Presentation and garnishes may vary.
10. Refunds & Complaints
Contact us as soon as possible regarding any issue. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund or store credit where appropriate. Photographs may be requested.
11. Cancellations
Orders cannot usually be cancelled once preparation has started.

Payment is required before preparation unless otherwise agreed.
